Description of Service
ScanMyBody AI allows users to upload an appropriate front-facing or side-facing body photo for AI-assisted image analysis. The service may generate posture indicators, body shape observations, body fat percentage estimates, and general improvement suggestions. Reports are provided for informational and wellness purposes only.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for uploading clear, appropriate photos that you have the right to use. Do not upload illegal, explicit, abusive, misleading, or third-party images without permission. You are also responsible for deciding whether any exercise or lifestyle suggestion is suitable for you. Stop any movement that causes pain or discomfort and seek professional guidance when needed.
No Medical Advice
ScanMyBody AI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation prescriptions. Any output should be treated as a general AI-generated visual estimate. Please consult a licensed healthcare professional for pain, injury, medical conditions, or clinical assessment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanMyBody AI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated reports. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free analysis, or compatibility with every image, device, or body type.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Macau SAR. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service will be handled under the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Macau SAR.
