This Refund Policy explains how ScanMyBody AI handles refund requests for digital diagnostic reports delivered instantly after payment.
Digital Diagnostic Report
ScanMyBody AI provides a digital diagnostic-style report generated from the user's uploaded image. Since our product is a digital diagnostic report delivered instantly upon payment, refunds are generally not supported once the full analysis is generated.
System Error or Processing Failure
If a system error, duplicate charge, or severe image processing failure occurs and prevents delivery of the paid report, users can contact support for assistance within 14 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not available after the full analysis has been successfully generated, unlocked, and made available to the user. Refunds are also generally not provided because a user disagrees with an AI-generated interpretation or estimate.

Review Timeline
