This Privacy Policy explains how ScanMyBody AI collects, uses, and protects information when you use our AI-assisted posture and body composition analysis service.
Information We Collect
When you use ScanMyBody AI, you may upload a front-facing or side-facing body photo for posture analysis. Uploaded photos are processed transiently to generate your report. We may also process basic technical information necessary to operate the service, such as request status, device/browser information, and error logs.
How We Use Information
We use uploaded photos only to generate report indicators, posture observations, body shape insights, body fat percentage estimates, and related suggestions. We may use technical information to maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Data Retention
Uploaded photos are deleted immediately after analysis and are not stored permanently by ScanMyBody AI. We do not intentionally keep a permanent copy of your uploaded image after the report is generated. Payment records may be retained by our payment processor as required for transaction, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
Third-Party Processors
We use Paddle to process payments and DeepSeek to process AI image analysis requests. Uploaded photos may be transmitted to DeepSeek only for the purpose of generating the requested analysis. Payment details are handled by Paddle, and ScanMyBody AI does not directly store full card information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the service. However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
